C.Y. Fest is a large-scale, independent music festival showcasing underground punk and alternative acts.
Organization of this event requires execution with limited resources and high financial stakes, including $80k—$120k bar minimums and compounding curfew penalties. -
As the promoter’s production lead, I was responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, including:
Team Management: Hired, scheduled, and oversaw a 30-person team across operations, artist relations, stage management, and transportation
Logistics: Coordinated all stage schedules, equipment rentals, and venue needs
Vendor Management: Negotiated with food/beverage/third-party vendors to secure contracts, manage budgets, and stage in location
Talent Relations: Served as point-of-contact for over 20 performing acts, managing travel arrangements, hospitality, and day-of needs
Budget Oversight: Tracked and revised production budgets to improve event financial return

We Live Here began as a wholly original television project with no pre-existing IP, stakeholder attachments, or studio backing.
The challenge was to develop a market-ready series while assembling a team of high-level collaborators and navigating the competitive landscape of television sales. -
As the series creator and lead producer, I was responsible for guiding the project from concept to pitch-ready package, including:
Creative Development: Wrote pilot episode, series bible, and supplemental pitch materials.
Led story workshops to refine narrative arc, world-building, and tone.Team Assembly:
Used the product to enlist interest from industry creatives. Brought together a network of directors, producers, managers, and talent to attach to the project.
